How to play Block Drop
Blocks of four squares fall from the top of the well in seven different shapes. Use ← and → to slide the falling piece, ↑ to rotate it, ↓ to speed its descent, and Space to drop it instantly. When you fill a complete horizontal row with no gaps, that line clears and everything above drops down. Clear lines to score — and clearing several at once is worth far more. The blocks fall faster as you level up, and the game ends when the stack reaches the top.
Tips & strategy
- Keep the stack flat. A level surface gives you the most flexibility for whatever piece comes next.
- Leave one column open for the long piece, then clear four rows at once for a big bonus.
- Rotate early. Line up each piece's orientation before it lands so you're not scrambling at the bottom.
- Don't create overhangs. Gaps buried under blocks are hard to clear and pile up fast.
